Once your order has been completed, it will be shipped through USPS and you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package.

Shipping Delays

Please note that once your package has been dropped off with the shipping carrier, it is no longer in our control. JAC Threads is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the postal service.

If your package appears delayed, we recommend contacting USPS directly using your tracking number for the most accurate updates.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. JAC Threads is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered. If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact USPS to file a claim.
