At JAC Threads, every item is handmade with love specifically for you. Because of the custom nature of our clothing, we have a few policies in place to keep things fair for everyone.
All Sales Are Final
Due to each item being handmade to order, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please send us a message within 3 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue. We will gladly work with you to make it right.
Custom Orders
All custom or personalized orders are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has started.
Turnaround Time
Our current turnaround time is up to 25 business days (not including weekends or holidays). Because each piece is handmade, we appreciate your patience while we create something special for your little one.
